Follow the Pizza dough recipe till rolling a 12" pizza base.
Spread any favorite filling on one half semi-circle side leaving enough space around the edge to seal the calzone.
Fold the side that does not have any filling over the one that has the filling.
Seal the edges firmly in any design/pattern you wish (like we make edges for pies or ghughras/gujias) You can make 2-3 small indents with a knife on top to let all the steam out while baking.
Bake just as we bake pizzas ... in a pre-heated oven at 475 F for 10-12 minutes till golden brown.
If you are tired of having the same old pizzas, this is an interesting baked version loaded with favorite fillings..
